I grew up in the outside of Chicago, watching my grandfather and 2 uncles (all architects) push boundaries in their respective practices. From a young age, I had a passion for how spaces were designed and the details and touchpoints involved.

At k.smith x, we focus on supporting builders, architects, and homeowners in minimizing the workload required in a new construction or renovation project. With 15 years in luxury hospitality AND *54 * projects completed over the last decade, we’ve found our niche with our standard operating procedures.

Outside of the studio, you can find me with a coffee, plotting our next road trip, on my treadmill, or searching for the illusive Lamino chair (iykyk).

I reside in Door County with my husband Scott, our 11-year-old daughter, Harper, and our newfie-doodle Wallace.
