I’m here to decode your client’s design wants while helping keep the project on schedule and within budget.
Our goal is to proactively manage the homeowner’s design goals (peppering in some educational moments) while anticipating timeline and schedule needs for effective decision making.
We support your client through 1:1 meetings, allowing you to focus on the build while we play ‘design therapist’…
These sessions are designed to be virtual, maximizing our impact without draining funds from the overall budget. We customize sessions to reflect where the client is at within the project and where support would be the most beneficial.
We offer services to support Builders + Architects on the back end, too.
