I’m here to decode your client’s design wants while helping keep the project on schedule and within budget.
Our goal is to proactively manage the homeowner’s design goals (peppering in some educational moments) while anticipating timeline and schedule needs for effective decision making.
We support your client through 1:1 meetings, allowing you to focus on the build while we play ‘design therapist’…
These sessions are designed to be virtual, maximizing our impact without draining funds from the overall budget.
Client Onboarding
A client facing meeting that is customized just for your business/ trade. In this 90 minute session, we talk the client through what the build process and expectations of them looks like.
Think of it as a ‘what to expect when you’re expecting’, except for construction!
1:1 Advisory Session
This one-time meeting packs a serious punch…
A 60 minute session can be ‘gifted’ to the homeowner or they can book on their own anytime in the build process. We cover anything and everything in this hour. No topic is off the table.
Floorplan Review
A virtual 90-minute walkthrough of the floorplan to uncover any details that may not have been addressed with the architect initially. Is the house built to set you up for success in the way that you live/ work/ shop/ store etc.
Design Inspiration
In this 90-minute session, we work with the client to decode their inspiration references and put together a reference deck to support in your upcoming decisions.
Note this is a starting point in the design journey and will not yield a full FF+E specification packet.
Interior Finishings + Fixtures
This series of scheduled meetings will take us through the design inspiration, key zones of the home, and finishings/ fixtures review.
Note this option is customized based on the square footage and complexity of the home.
Final Selections Review
For the client that is confident in their design direction, but wants an extra set of eyes on their selections before final sign off.
