These sessions are designed to be virtual, allowing us to maximize our impact while protecting your investment for the finishing details.
Scope of Work or Full-Service
This custom outline starts with an advisory session to ensure we are able to support you in your vision, timeline, and goals.
We then prepare an outline of services/ investment for the project.
1:1 Advisory Session
This one-time meeting packs a serious punch…
A 60 minute session where no questions are off the table; our goal is to help you get to the starting line of your build/ renovation OR support you with any hurdles you may be facing during an active project.
Floorplan Review
A virtual 90-minute walkthrough of the floorplan to uncover any details that may not have been addressed with the architect initially. Is the house built to set you up for success in the way that you live/ work/ shop/ store etc.
Design Inspiration
In this 90-minute session, we work with you to decode you inspiration references and put together a reference deck to support in your upcoming decisions.
Note this is a starting point in the design journey and will not yield a full FF+E specification packet.
Interior Finishings + Fixtures
This SIX (6) session pack will take us through the design inspiration, key zones of the home, and finishings review.
*Note: this is a baseline service and larger or more detailed homes may require additional sessions.
Final Selections Review
For the client that is confident in their design direction but wants an extra set of eyes on their selections before final sign off.
Continuing support may be added upon request.

We have a fulltime project manager and procurement manager as well as on-site support for load in and staging.

Our calendar is updated in real time, allowing the client-lead booking tool to offer our BEST availability.

Kate has a Dwelling Contractor Qualifying license in the state of WI.
Since 2017, she has supported in the construction of 15 new residential homes, 7 whole-home renovations, and countless advisory sessions.
